This policy explains how Ivan Hay Lee Guan (REN 51949) of Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1914) handles personal data collected through www.melakaproperties.com, in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to put into an enquiry and send us: your name, your contact number, the project or layout you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. We do not ask for your identity card number, your income, your bank details or your address through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry — to send price lists and floor plans, to tell you what is available, to arrange a sales gallery visit, and to follow up on the project you asked about. If you ask us to proceed with a booking, to pass your details to the developer and to the agency so the booking can be processed.

Who sees it

• Ivan Hay Lee Guan, the negotiator you are messaging.
• Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd, the licensed agency, where the booking process requires it.
• The developer of the project you are buying — only if you ask us to proceed with a booking or a loan application for that project.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it lives

In the WhatsApp conversation between you and us, on the phone of the negotiator handling your enquiry. WhatsApp’s own handling of that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy, not by ours.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are actively helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Where a purchase completes, records connected to the transaction are kept for the period required of a licensed agency. You can ask us to delete your conversation at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or social tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving that request — that is the only third party involved in loading this site.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent to us processing it. Message +60 16-342 8707 and we will act on it. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer help with your enquiry, but it costs you nothing.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page. Material changes will be obvious from the content rather than buried.
